Meet the Team

Terrie

Scheduling Coordinator

Terrie joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in July of 2008. Terrie specializes in scheduling and customer service; she is one of the first smiles you will see when you enter our office! Terrie is an active member of her church and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Candie

Scheduling Coordinator

Candie has worked closely with the Gragg family for over fifteen years and officially joined the Gragg Orthodontics team full time in May of 2019. Candie has a heart of gold and an energetic, bubbly personality that will always make you feel like family; she is always eager to help! In her spare time, Candie enjoys shopping and spending quality time with her husband, children, and grandchildren!

Amy

Treatment Coordinator

Amy joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in August of 2003. Amy is a 2003 graduate of Western Piedmont Community College. She is a certified dental assistant and is also certified in radiation, CPR and infection control. Amy is the Treatment Coordinator and enjoys interacting with patients at their initial visit. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and their daughter. Some of her hobbies include hiking, camping and fishing.

Allison

Clinical Assistant

Allison joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in October of 2021 as one of our certified clinical assistants. Allison is an active member in her church and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Some of Allison’s hobbies include being outdoors, singing, playing piano, reading, and studying her Bible.

Brandy

Clinical Coordinator

Brandy joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in May of 2008 – right after graduating from the Dental Assisting Program at Western Piedmont Community College. Brandy watches over our clinic to ensure each patient has a quality visit and that all of our assistants are equipped with the best knowledge to treat our patients. Brandy has five kids (four boys and one girl). She enjoys working out, being active, enjoying outdoors, watching movies and spending time with her family.

Hilda

Clinical Assistant, OSHA, Radiation Manager

Hilda joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in May of 2018. Hilda is a 2018 graduate of Western Piedmont Community College, where she received her diploma in Dental Assisting. In addition to being a clinical assistant, Hilda is also currently the OSHA/Radiation Manager. Hilda takes pride in being able to assist with translating for our Spanish speaking patients. In her spare time, Hilda enjoys spending time with her baby boy, Eliseo, and her family.

April

New Patient Coordinator

April joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in November of 2021. April takes pictures and x-rays of all our new patients and, every now and then, April helps out in the clinic. In April’s free time she enjoys making bracelets, going to the gym, and being adventurous.

Madison

Clinical Assistant

In addition to being a clinical assistant, she also helps with marketing and manages the photobooth. Madison had treatment with Dr. Gragg in 2011 and has wanted to work in the office ever since, and her dream came true. Madison enjoys shopping, playing with her dogs, swimming, and spending time with her family.

Cindy

Clinical Assistant

Cindy joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in June of 2020. She is one of our clinical assistants and is also the Invisalign coordinator for our office. In Cindy’s spare time, she enjoys painting, going on hikes, and spending time with her sister Odeth.

Misti

Administrative Coordinator

Misti is the administrative coordinator and also helps in the lab when needed. She is a certified dental assistant, certified in radiation, coronal polishing, and nitrous oxide analgesia monitoring.  Misti has worked in public relations for over 20 years and enjoys working with patients especially with the financial aspect of treatment. In Misti’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Jeremy and her two daughters (Raelyn and Maci). Some of Misti’s hobbies are reading, crafting, and making homemade soaps. 

Janae

Clinical Assistant

Janae joined the Gragg Ortho team in October of 2022. She loves to interact with our friendly patients as a clinical assistant. In her free time Janae enjoys spending time with her daughter, shopping, and adventuring outside. She also attends church every Saturday.

Gracie

Administrative Coordinator

Gracie joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in June, 2022. Gracie is a 2022 graduate of Appalachian State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management. Gracie is our Administrative Coordinator. Her favorite part about her job is getting to interact with patients and make others smile. In Gracie’s free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Sailor.
